Josh Tucker, Tucker Law APC's founder, is an attorney and former executive who helps financial institutions navigate risk, compliance, and governance with confidence and clarity. With years of experience leading compliance and risk teams from the inside, he understands the real-world challenges credit unions face every day — from shifting regulations to balancing growth with member trust.

Before founding his legal and consulting practice, Josh held senior leadership roles in the financial services industry, overseeing enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit programs.  He continues to work closely with boards and executive teams to strengthen operations, prepare for examinations, and help evidence cultures of accountability and transparency.

Today, Josh combines legal expertise with practical, hands-on insight to help clients design stronger compliance frameworks, manage regulatory change, and make informed business decisions.  His approach is collaborative, strategic, and focused on turning complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions that work for each organization’s goals and resources.
