Having served in executive roles at financial institutions ranging from $1 billion to over $400 billion in assets, Josh brings an insider's command of institutional operations to every client engagement. His practice spans corporate governance, consumer and commercial compliance, privacy law, third-party and enterprise risk management, and strategic regulatory advisory.
Josh is particularly recognized for his ability to navigate complex, cross-regulatory interpretations and highly technical regulatory frameworks — translating ambiguity into defensible, actionable strategy. He has extensive experience supporting and facilitating regulatory examinations, directing audit programs, and leading institutions through regulatory consent orders from initiation to resolution.
